STRUCTURE®/LOADHAWK

AI load coverage · US freight brokerages

$30,000 in new revenue in 90 days.
Or every dollar back.

The moment a load tenders, LoadHawk works your own carrier list. Ten at once, by email and phone, posted to the boards in the same second, priced against your lane history rather than a guess. Your reps keep the relationships and the final word.

001  The coverage engine/ 006

One tender. Everything fires at once.

A rep works a list in sequence: carrier one, carrier two, carrier three. The agents don't queue. Every channel opens on the same tender, in the same second, and keeps going until something covers.

00:00Tender lands.
01:00Ten carriers worked at once. Emailed and called in the same pass, ranked by lane history and on-time record. Posted to the boards in the same second.
05:00Still quiet? The next ten go out.
10:00Batch three, then it reports back with what it found, rather than pretending it covered it.

Ten per batch, three batches, five minutes apart are the shipped defaults. Every one of those numbers is a setting you control.

002  How it thinks/ 006

Watch it get countered at $2,350 and close at $2,265.

Anything can dial a phone. The question is what happens when the carrier pushes back. So here is the whole decision, including the rules it runs on.

Load #4417 · CHI→ATL · dry van · 717 miTarget $2,180 · your ceiling $2,400
Carrier+06:38

“I can do it for twenty-three fifty.”

Rule+06:38

He's $170 over target, inside the 10% band, and nothing has been countered yet. So: counter halfway. That's $2,265.

Agent+06:41

“You ran this lane for us three times in the last sixty days. I can do twenty-two sixty-five and get you loaded today.”

Carrier+07:02

“Twenty-two sixty-five works. Send it over.”

Booked+07:04

$2,265, which is $135 under your ceiling. Rate con out, queued for a human to approve.

Four rules, and every number in them is yours: the band, the ceiling, how many rounds it goes. It will not invent a fifth rule at 4pm on a Friday, and it never tells a carrier what your floor is. Illustrative walkthrough on the shipped rules and real rate logic.

003  Your grip on it/ 006

It answers to you, and it says so out loud.

The two questions owners actually ask are “will this embarrass me in front of my carriers” and “if it books a bad carrier, am I the one holding it”. Here are the answers, with the rule behind each.

  • NeverPretends to be a person. Ask it straight out and it tells you. That instruction is hard-coded into every call script, not a setting anyone can switch off.
  • NeverBooks above the ceiling you set. Not by a dollar.
  • NeverTells a carrier your floor, your ceiling, or your customer's rate.
  • NeverMoves a load whose carrier failed vetting. Authority has to be active, insurance on record, and nothing above FMCSA's intervention threshold.
  • NeverKeeps dialling after you pause the desk, or after a carrier asks it to stop.

It ships on manual: every load is queued for a human to approve until you switch that off yourself, load by load or across the board. Recording is disclosed on every call, in every state, by default. Every check it ran sits in the audit log on the load — which is the record you want if anyone ever asks how that carrier was chosen.

004  The guarantee/ 006

$30,000

or your money back.

If LoadHawk hasn't generated $30,000 in new measurable revenue within 90 days of go-live, you choose what happens next. Not us.

Option A

Full refund

Every dollar you have paid comes back, including the setup fee and not just the monthly.

Option B

We work free

Rather keep the system than take the money? We stay on and keep running it with the monthly fee paused, zero invoices, until your books show the $30,000. However long that takes.

What counts
Revenue on loads the system covered or brought back, from first carrier contact through signed rate con.
Source of truth
Your TMS records, not our dashboard.
Who decides
You do. At day 90 you pick A or B. Both are written into the contract in the same words you're reading.

$30,000 is a floor we put in a contract, not a forecast of your results. It assumes what any deployment needs: read access to your TMS, and somebody on your side approving loads. Both are in the contract, and you can read the full terms before you book.

005  Built for/ 006

Is this right for your shop? Straight answer.

Yes, if

  • You run a US-based freight brokerage
  • You have real, repeating load volume
  • You lose loads because your team can't respond fast enough
  • You want more volume without adding headcount

No, if

  • You operate outside the United States
  • You're looking for free. There's a setup fee and a monthly fee
  • You want the AI running unattended from day one; it ships gated behind approvals
Straight talk on price

LoadHawk isn't free and the price isn't a secret formula: it's a one-time setup fee plus a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your loads and never a per-minute meter. The exact numbers depend on your volume and which agents you run, so you get them on the call once we've scoped your lanes, and you leave with them in writing. Whatever the figure, it sits under the same guarantee.

Question 1 of 4

How many loads hit your board in a month?

Question 2 of 4

What's driving this right now?

Which TMS are your loads sitting in?

Honestly? Not yet.

Under about fifty loads a month, the $30,000 guarantee stops being a promise and starts being a refund we'd owe you. We'd rather tell you now than take a setup fee and hand it back in ninety days.

Leave your email and we'll come back to you when there's a version that fits, or when your volume gets there.
